The doctor gets their finished site before paying anything

This is not a sales promise, it is how the product works. The first message a doctor receives is not a proposal: it is the link to their own page, already built, with their name and their specialty.

The starting point

A specialist has no time to manage a web project, and their patients search for them on Google every day. What those patients find, almost always, is a generic medical directory where the doctor is one line among fifty.

What hurt

  • The patient searches for "rheumatologist in Medellín" and finds directories, not the doctor.
  • Commissioning a website means meetings, briefs, a deposit, and weeks of waiting to see a first version.
  • The doctor does not know what they are buying until after they have paid for it.
  • Those who do have a site often have an outdated one, with nobody maintaining it.

What was built

The site exists before the first meeting

The doctor's real site is built from publicly available information. First contact is a link to their working page, not a PDF with a proposal.

12 design options, not one

The same content presented across 12 templates designed for healthcare: warm and trustworthy, not cold and corporate. The doctor picks the one that represents them instead of having to describe what they want.

Their domain, their site, indexed

When the doctor says yes, the page moves to their own domain and enters search engines under their identity. It stops being a demo and starts bringing in patients.

A purpose-built CRM behind the operation

An internal system that tracks every prospect, generates the pages and syncs the doctor's data with their site. Sales does not live in a spreadsheet.

Maintenance without asking for favors

Changing a phone number, a photo or an opening hour syncs through to the published site — no rebuild, no hourly billing.

The other story

The same product solved the problem for the person building the sites

For years I built websites the way they have always been built: Joomla, WordPress, a designer, a developer and a long negotiation before writing the first line of code. Doctor Landing is what happened when I applied to my own operation the model I sell to my clients. Today nobody designs or codes each site: a salesperson fills out a form and the AI architecture does the rest.

How it used to work (Joomla, WordPress)

  • A long negotiation before starting: brief, proposal, deposit.
  • A designer to lay it out and a developer to implement it.
  • Weeks to months before a first visible version.
  • The client approves mockups and has to imagine the result.
  • Every site is a project that starts from zero.

How it works today

  • A salesperson fills out a form. That is all it takes to start.
  • No designer or developer in the loop: the architecture and AI generate the site.
  • Months down to days — the public promise is delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
  • The client does not approve a mockup: they open their real site and use it.
  • Each new site is one more record in the system.

It is exactly the argument I make to any business that writes to me: the bottleneck is almost never the people, it is the process. And I know because the first process I redesigned was my own.

No doctor has had to imagine what their site would look like. They see it, with their name and their photo, before deciding anything.

I want to see my site
