Four months. Same center, same owner, same city. The only thing that changed is that it stopped being run by hand.

Marce Anahata is a wellness center in El Poblado, founded in 2020: kundalini yoga, sound therapy, rituals and corporate workshops. The business already worked and had loyal clients. What it did not have was a system.
A fast static site with her brand identity, built to be found by search engines. It is the front door for all paid advertising: without it, ad spend lands nowhere.
Scheduling, clients, prepaid packs with per-session tracking, clinical records, accounting, a store with inventory, reports, marketing, tasks, pipeline, services and settings. In production today, with roles and permissions per person.
The client fills out a form and AI drafts their personalized plan, which is saved to their clinical record. What used to be an hour of expert work now takes seconds — and Marce reviews instead of transcribing.
Appointment reminders, follow-up tasks and payment chasing fire on their own from the database and scheduled jobs. Follow-up stopped depending on someone remembering.
Email campaigns segmented by client profile with open and click tracking, plus paid ads run month to month against a real budget.
The client arrives, checks in on a tablet and enters the system without anyone typing anything. The data is born clean, at the front desk.
